Mothers and children share a very unique bond, a feeling of love, trust and home all wrapped in a cuddle.
As a mother myself, I understand the need to capture every moment of our childs life and whilst doing this we often leave ourselves in the background taking quick photo pictures here and there. We have school runs, dinner times, knee scrapes, dance recitals, football games, guitar lessons to attend and everything in-between. We often miss the the moments that are in front of us as we are running to the next errand.
This is your moment to really embrace yourself with your children and enjoy the stillness and magic within the session. This session gives mum the quality time you deserve and your children the opportunity to show their appreciation for you.
These sessions are designed as an experience where you can collaborate, design and dress similarly with your children, enjoying the magic moments that the session brings and making memories that will stay with you for a lifetime. The sessions are very relaxed and calming whilst we guide you into poses where you will hold and cuddle your child/children. We have many gowns and dresses in the studio and we will call you before your photoshoot to make sure everyone that is attending will have appropriate attire.
We understand that dads/partners may want to join to and so we also encourage this as we know that this is an ideal opportunity to also get that family photograph you have always desired but never got round to doing.
The photography sessions take place at our studio in Newcastle Upon Tyne and County Durham. We have a large studio where we have a full range of beautiful dresses for both mother and children. Before your photography session we will go through your colour choices and talk about sizes, outfits and generally get to know you and discuss what you want to get out of the photoshoot. We want to you be relaxed and have as much fun and quality time playing dress up with your children as they will certainly remember this forever. We also talk about anyone else who will be in the photoshoot and what they should wear as this is a great opportunity to get that cherished family photograph.

FAQ
Do I get to choose the props/outfits that are used?
We have a range of gowns for mummy and me and we will give you a call before your photoshoot to go over your style and colour preference. You can also bring your favourite outfits from home too.
What sizes are available?
We hold a range of sizes in the studio but, for the most part during the photoshoot these gowns are clipped round the back so they can fit a multitude of sizes. During your preparation call, before your photoshoot we will go through all of this information with you.
